We booked this holiday in January 2009 as it was a working fishing port which my husband has a keen interest in being an ex fisherman. In this respect it met all our expectations. As we arrived late at night we did not meet Joy until the next morning at breakfast, where we were warmly met by Joy and other... more “Will return!”

Our only disappointment was a smallish room, however the view more than made up for that, the house is aptly named. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and cosy. The home, for that is what it felt like, was very comfortable and clean. Our stay in Harbour view B&B was great. The B&B is clean and comfortable and also convenient to Penzance and area. The breakfasts were great and Host Joy very friendly and helpful. more “would stay again if in the area”

This is an excellent B & B for those on a budget. We expierienced both good friendly service and clean accomodation. The Location is very good, overlooking Sea views and being near to a pay car park. The room was on the small side but adequate and functional. Breakast was good and well above average. Recommended. more “very nice B and B”

We had a really nice time staying there, the room had a nice view over the harbour and further away you could see mount saint-Michael. Joy was very helpful and knows a lot about the area. more “Cozy & Friendly”

We were greeted by the lady owner which were very friendly and polite. The rooms were not all ensuite but not a problem as the toilet was marked clearly only for the use of our room. My wife and I took advantage of an early glimpse of Summer and came down from Devon for one night. We know the area extremely well from many years ago and feel that West Penwith has retained its magical charm. nice family short break to see family in the area. harbour view is in an excellent location in newlyn, over looking the fishing harbour. once we'd got our daughter to bed, it was lovely sitting in the bay window of our room gazing out across the harbouw with a nice glass of wine. a very relaxing break indeed! newlyn is ideally situated for visiting the more southerly part of cornwall, and cheaper than staying at the travel lodge type hotels, and in the more touristy areas. It was a very good B and B. Everything vas perfect and I can recomend it. Very friendly and the breakfast was super. We could make tea or take a fruit if we wanted and the wiev over the sea was nice.
