Penzance Approach from Tesco roundabout

Approach Penzance and follow the signs to Newlyn via town bypass. Continue across 3 roundabouts. Turn left to Newlyn and continue through wooded valley until you reach Newlyn Crossroads. Continue straight across past the Co-op on your right, then the fish market on your left, up a slight hill which then levels out, and Harbour View Guesthouse will be found on the right overlooking the harbour - just past the ‘Smugglers Restaurant’ and before the Red Lion Pub, 400 metres from Newlyn Centre.
Penzance Approach 2 from the Tesco roundabout

Approach Penzance and continue into town (ignoring the signs for Newlyn). Follow Penzance Harbour and the coast and signs West for Newlyn and Mousehole for 2 miles with sea on your left all the time. Approaching Newlyn over a small bridge, bear left at the crossroads, past the Co-op on your right, then the fish market on your left, up a slight hill, and Harbour View Guesthouse will be found on the right overlooking the harbour - just past the ‘Smugglers Restaurant’ and before the Red Lion Pub.
Penzance Train/Bus/Coach Station

On arrival at Penzance Train/Bus/Coach terminal, you can either pick up a taxi from the rank (cost £3-£5) or a bus from the terminal adjacent.
You want a No. 6 bus which stops at Newlyn Red Lion Pub (which is 10 yards further on from the Guest House).
Alternatively a No. 5 which stops at Newlyn Bridge - the guest house is about 300 yards from this point.
Alternatively it is a very pleasant 2 miles walk along the seafront from Penzance to Newlyn.

At Halloon roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A349 signposted Bodmin, Redruth, Truro. At Highgate Hill roundabout take 4th exit, then merge onto the A30 signposted Redruth, Truro, Fraddon. Continue on A30 until Tesco Roundabout just your side of Penzance and then follow local directions as per Approach 1 or 2 above.
